The primary mission of the Garcha Law Office, LLC, is to aggressively represent clients through quality legal counsel and effective litigation advocacy.  We will accomplish this mission by maintaining uncompromising dedication and ethical standards.


Company history
Harinder "Raja" Garcha has been working for and with insurance companies since 1994, as a paralegal, adjuster, and since 1999, as an attorney.   Mr. Garcha has litigated claims involving collections, product liability, automobile accidents, construction defect, real property issues and landlord/tenant disputes.  Whether through trial or settlement, Raja Garcha wants to help you reach a just, equitable and sane resolution to your legal dispute.
 
 We offer a number of different  retainer arrangements, from contingency fee, hourly fee and flat fee, depending upon the nature of the problem.
